Who is Cardinal Counseling and Wellness Group, PLLC?
We are a group of therapists that saw a need to serve those forged in service and strengthened by purpose. Those that are in the helping professions often putting others above themselves. Their desire to help leave this world a better place is a courageous journey that can leave one feeling isolated. Like the clients we serve we see humor in so many things in life. However often times those that are busy creating happiness and humor for others are often times the ones that need support the most.
We at Cardinal Counseling and Wellness Group want to support all those that lift up so many. We believe Self Care is not a Selfish act but rather a necessity in improving quality of life. We have found that in order to truly live well, we have to learn to struggle well. Know matter what season you’re currently in, just know you’re not in this fight alone. We are here to support you and your loved ones on your path to growth and healing.

Cardinals are majestic birds that represent many things. Like the clients we serve cardinals are fierce defenders! Yet these protective creatures represent warmth and love for so many. Cardinals often represent a lost loved one who comes to visit and protect.
